Videographer

In retrospect, I should have asked this woman what she was planning to videotape. She's facing Lake Sumter in Lake Sumter Landing in The Villages. Nothing was happening on the lake that I could see. Perhaps she was setting up for a wedding party or for some kind of special entertainment on the Boardwalk, but none of that was evident. She thus remains a mystery. Forever.

A curiosity that goes unexplained.

It looks like a mystery to me too but at least you knew what you were shooting. :)

I'm surprised that you didn't ask her!
I think of you every night when I watch CNN to catch up on your news! ;-))

Inquiring minds we have to remain unsatisfied. (Similarly, I can't tell you what guinea fowl might taste like. Chicken, most likely, don't you think? I can tell you that they're dirty birds, having soiled significant patches of my front stairs.)

She does look intent on her work.

Or perhaps she makes the dullest videos ever shot watching a lake evaporate?

Mysteries are wonderful because it is fertile ground for active imaginations!

I love a good mystery. Maybe she just wanted to capture the stillness of the water.

She was well prepared with the tripod for something big to happen. Now you made me wonder too.. ;)

What most impressed me about the photo is that she's wearing sandals. Tad too chilly for that kind of footwear here. I can only dream.
